• “Vua Thợ”: Means VUA THỢ TECHNOLOGY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.

In case of a complaint related to personal data, Vua Thợ prioritizes negotiation and mediation. The process is as follows:

• Step 1: The User files a complaint with Vua Thợ through our contact channels.
• Step 2: The Customer Care department will receive and process the complaint, responding with a result within 15 working days. If the matter is beyond our authority, Vua Thợ will suggest that the User bring it to the competent state authorities.
