Purpose
- Honor meaningful stories and moments in all aspects of life and society of Service Providers and genuine laborers in Vietnam through short video works to inspire pride in professions and encourage the creative spirit of the community.
- Create opportunities to exchange, learn, and share touching stories about Service Providers with the aim of promoting the brand image of Vua Thợ and raising awareness about the image of Service Providers in society, contributing to the development of the nation.
- Build a Service Providers community, a place where Service Providers can share, care, and support one another. Help laborers find more job opportunities and reduce social evils.
- Promote standards in repair, warranty, and maintenance services. Provide customers with the best service experience.
- Aim for a clean and beautiful planet. Protect the environment by reducing emissions and extending product usage time instead of purchasing new ones.
Requirements
- Entries must not violate copyright laws, must ensure legality, have high promotional value, and meet artistic quality standards.
- The content and format of the works must adhere to Vietnamese customs and laws.
- Participants submitting works are entirely responsible for the copyrights of their works.
- Authors are encouraged to use modern information and communication technologies to achieve effective communication with the public.
- Within the specified timeframe, at least 100 videos must be submitted to the organizers for the judging process to proceed. If the minimum number of videos is not received within the given timeframe, the organizers will extend the submission deadline to ensure the competition can take place as announced.
Participants
- The competition is open to global citizens without restriction on nationality or territory.
- Members of the Organizing Committee are not allowed to participate in the competition.
Conditions and Criteria
GENERAL CONTENT CRITERIA
- Introduce and convey the image of workers in a creative, meaningful, touching, and relatable way in all aspects of life and society. Aim to evoke traditional cultural values and aspirations for development across all social classes to build a strong, prosperous, and happy Vietnam.
- Encourage creative and unique ideas that attract strong public attention and create widespread influence both domestically and internationally.
- Strictly avoid violating the policies and guidelines of the Party, State laws, and competition regulations.
Video Criteria
- The competition videos must be in digital format, mp4 file type, with a minimum resolution of Full HD and a duration of at least 1 minute, but no more than 15 minutes.
- Content: Revolve around everyday stories in life and work, including challenges and successes of workers, to appreciate and celebrate the admirable qualities of workers through humorous, cheerful, or touching genres.
- Ensure good video quality, balanced composition, and clear audio to fully convey the message of the competition.
- Each participant can submit an unlimited number of entries. The name of the author or group representative must match the name on their national ID card or passport.
- All individuals appearing in the video must have given consent, or consent must be obtained from their guardian if applicable.
Creation Period
- Submission period: From 11/11/2024 to 31/05/2025.
- Entries must not have participated in any previous competitions.
Copyright
- The competition video must be the participant's original work and not copied from any source without permission. Participants are responsible under the law for the copyright of their submissions.
- The Organizing Committee is not responsible for copyright disputes and related issues. Awards will be revoked if copyright violations are discovered as per legal regulations.
- If necessary, the Organizing Committee may request the original file for verification.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use the competition entries for promotional purposes and external communications without incurring any additional costs.
Participation Fees
- As this is a humanitarian competition honoring the beauty of workers' labor and fostering a learning environment among worker communities, no participation fees will be charged.
Rights and Responsibilities of Participants
1. Rights:
- In the competition "UNLIMITED CREATIVITY - SHINE WITH VUA THỢ," participants have the right to receive support regarding information, materials, or instructions from the Organizing Committee.
- Participants may have their names or works promoted through the competition's media platforms.
- Winners are guaranteed their rights related to prizes, including receiving awards and certificates.
2. Responsibilities:
- Participants commit that their submissions are original and do not infringe on others' copyrights.
- Must comply with the competition rules and not violate ethical or legal regulations.
- Participants must ensure the accuracy and honesty of personal information provided to the Organizing Committee.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND
VIOLATION HANDLING
1. Individuals have the right to appeal the contest results. Complaints must clearly state the name, address, reason for complaint and be sent to the Organizing Unit. The Organizing Unit is responsible for reviewing and responding to complaints, reporting resolution results to the Organizing Committee. Anonymous complaints or those without clear names and addresses will not be considered.
2. The Organizing Committee will revoke prizes and notify relevant authorities for legal resolution in the following cases:
- Contest entries that violate Press Law, Publishing Law, Copyright Law, Intellectual Property Law, relevant State regulations and these Contest Rules.
- Using awarded prizes to conduct illegal activities.
- Prize revocation will be publicly announced through mass media.

Judging Criteria
Step 1: Preliminary Round (40% of total points on a 10-point scale)
- Based on the collection of submitted works, the Board of Judges will select the top 30 entries based on: Total number of views and interactions (Likes, shares, comments) of the video
Step 2: Final Round (60% of total points on a 10-point scale)
- Entries in the Final Round will be evaluated by the Board of Judges based on the criteria below, and results will be submitted to the Organizing Committee for review and approval:
- Content: Creative, meaningful, touching, relatable to life.
- Visual Quality: Good image quality, beautiful camera angles, harmonious composition.
- Audio: Clear sound that matches the content.
- Originality: Novel ideas that differ from other videos.
