1. Scope of Application
- This policy applies to all orders of goods and delivery requests arising from services processed through the website.
2. Shipping Partners & Service Coverage
- We cooperate with reputable delivery partners such as Viettel Post, etc.
- We provide nationwide delivery services, shipping orders to the address provided by the customer during checkout, covering major cities as well as suburban and provincial areas.
3. Delivery Time / Service Execution
3.1. Goods Delivery
- Delivery time ranges from 1-7 days depending on the delivery area.
3.2. Shipping Fees & Additional Charges
- Collaborators are responsible for paying shipping fees and any applicable surcharges directly to the carrier.
4. Delivery Process
- After the customer completes the order, Vua Thợ will confirm the order via email or Zalo message.
- Before delivery, the carrier will contact the customer to schedule the delivery date and time.
- Currently, online orders placed on vuatho.com do not support inspection-upon-delivery (COD inspection). Customers may check the goods after completing payment to the delivery staff. Any product-related issues will be supported and resolved by our Customer Service team.
5. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unable to receive the package on the first and second delivery attempts, the carrier will attempt a third delivery. If the customer still cannot receive the package on the third attempt, the order will be returned to the warehouse. After 14 days, Vua Thợ will issue a refund for prepaid orders via bank transfer or the original payment method.

- Payment can be made directly to the delivery personnel or at the company headquarters.
